Janice Wald Henderson

 


    One of America's most prolific food and travel journalists, Janice Wald Henderson has been published more than 1,000 times.  A longtime contributor to Bon Appétit, she has also written for Vogue, Food & Wine, Eating Well, Cooking Light, Islands, Brides and The Robb Report, among many publications.  Both the New York Times and Los Angeles Times Syndicates have featured her articles, and her work appears on major web sites such as cnn.com and epicurious.com. 

    Janice has been a senior editor for Chocolatier magazine for more than 20 years.  As a chocolate expert, she guest lectures worldwide.  She has organized exclusive culinary events with superstar chefs such as Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali, and authored two cookbooks. Of "The New Cuisine of Hawaii," for which Nobu Matsuhisa wrote the introduction, Food & Wine said the book altered "forever the rest of the world's perceptions of Hawaiian food." Television appearances include Food Network, ABC-TV and PBS; and KABC, KCAL and KTLA in Los Angeles.  National radio includes Martha Stewart Living.
