___Janice leads impassioned seminars in maximizing chocolate experiences, teaching attendees how to taste like the professionals. She explains the route from bean to bar, how to discern quality, and leads tastings of all the varieties -- from white chocolate to extra-bittersweet. (Who knew that among the 100s of nuances discernable are notes like French toast and potato skin?) Attendees also learn secrets to sourcing the world's best.

Co-Creator - Coordinator - Mistress of Ceremonies
Janice co-created, coordinated and emceed this annual four-night food and wine celebration at luxury resort Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows on the Big Island of Hawaii for 13 years. Each year featured a different theme, with new chefs and winemakers. This star-studded event eventually achieved annual press coverage of 50 million in combined electronic and print media, with attendees coming from such faraway locales as New Zealand and Australia.
